During the Summer, Play School is a “drop-in” format, with a cost of $20 per class. Play School is $160 for an eight-week session during the school year. During Play School, a parent or caregiver will be asked to stay present, but to take a passive role so that children will be encouraged to participate and interact with peers while talking comfort in the presence of a trusted adult. Registration for Play School can be done via e-mail or U.S. Mail, but your child is not considered registered until payment has been received. Unfortunately, payment is non-refundable unless your child’s section of Play School becomes full. In order for each child to have meaningful interactions with both peers and adults, the maximum number of children enrolled in each section of Play School is 6. At the end of each session, parents will receive some ideas for how to support targeted goals and progress for their child. Payment is due within a week of receipt of registration information.
During the Summer, STEAM School is a “drop-in” format, with a cost of $25 per class. STEAM School is $200 for an eight-week session during the school year. This is a drop-off program, but parents whose child is visibly struggling with separation can work with Kathryn to plan for transition over time. Registration for STEAM School can be done via e-mail or U.S. Mail, but your child is not considered registered until payment has been received. Unfortunately, payment is non-refundable unless your child’s section of Play School becomes full. Payment is due within a week of receipt of registration information.
Children cannot attend Play School or STEAM School if they have been ill within the past 24 hours. This includes vomiting, diarrhea and elevated temperature.
